I’m so glad you’re here!

Hi! I’m Sarah Toney and I am a recent Luther Seminary graduate, an approved candidate for ordination in the Lutheran Church (ELCA), and awaiting my first call in the church.

Like many Christians, I wonder about Christ’s presence in our lives. I wonder about living a life that is an expression of faith. I wonder about God’s action and desire for justice. I wonder how we and/or I am called to be a part of that call for justice.

I also wonder about how to best serve God’s people in my new upcoming role as a pastor in the ELCA church. The church, along with the world, is facing massive challenges. How will we navigate these challenges together? How do we lead and follow in the fullness of our faith?
